Lovie Smith

Lovie Smith has won 81 games as an NFL coach including 10 in 2012. However, he was fired by the Chicago Bears after fielding competitive teams and making it to the Super Bowl in 2007. Smith is arguable the best NFL coach who has yet to be picked up by a team.
