Jim Caldwell served as the quarterback’s coach for the Baltimore Ravens during this year’s Super Bow run. He was also the offensive coordinator with the Indianapolis Colts when the team won the Super Bowl in 2007. Although he has a proven record, Caldwell has not been offered a head coaching position.
