Robert C. Ruffing: Ruffing , 76, was stopped by police in Pittsburgh because a man in his car was wanted by police on Dec. 16, 2012. While in the custody of the police, he suffered facial fractures which included the orbital bone and the maxillary sinus. He also ended up with inner-cranial bleeding. He was rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery.
