Faith Hill has braces
Country star Faith Hill, 45, is making headlines today after being photographed at the 2013 Grammys with a shiny new set of braces. Hill was spotted on the red carpet wearing a J. Mendel gown and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry, but photographers zeroed in on the intricate pieces of metal on her teeth.
Prior to her braces making their Grammys debut, the country singer told country radio station KNIX that her orthodontist recommended them after she stopped wearing her retainer. “I had braces as a kid. I forgot to wear my retainer,” she said. “Kids, wear your retainer!”
Like Hill, a number of celebs have the so-called “metal mouths” and their teeth are being aligned with wires per a specialist’s orders.
