He was sort of like 2Pac-meets-LL Cool J, then filtered through a T.G.I.F. sitcom. Nonetheless, Lil Zane got a lotta love from his fans for a short period of time. But maybe the Illuminati was less in-tune with cheesy pop rappers in the early 2000s. Or maybe they just decided to invest their energies into Nelly.
