Halle Berry and her ex-boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry, were embroiled in a bitter custody battle over their daughter, Nahla, for most of last year, and things even got violent when Aubry was beaten up by Berry’s fiancé, Olivier Martinez. But in November, a judge ruled that Berry and Aubry would continue to share custody and Berry was denied her request to move her family to France.
