Don’t get her angelic looks twisted. Despite Toya Bush-Harris’ regal visage and cool demeanor, this Detroit born and bred beauty knows how to handle  hers and defend herself quite well, and do it all without getting a strand of hair out of place.

One of the cast members of Bravo’s newest hit reality show, “Married to Medicine” (#Married2Med), this highly-refined socialite is a former teacher and pharmaceutical rep who is now a wife to a medical surgeon, Eugene Harris. A reluctant star, Bush-Harris initially spurned offers to join the cast before relenting to allow inquisitive viewers a peek into the idiosyncrasies of the Harris household.

On the show, you will find Bush-Harris repelling the verbal darts and nails of her medical wife contemporaries, all while maintaining the sanctity of her upscale household. As with any group of people, individuals inside the group tend to splinter off into smaller, sometimes adversarial, factions within the larger setting, creating an environment that is ripe for some interesting dynamics and, shall we say, some provocative interpersonal communication.

Appearing every Sunday evening, television viewers get to peer into the lives of upwardly mobile families within the medical profession. However, the cast members’ entire lives cannot be summarized within seven or eight episodes. So we’d like to tell you a little bit more  about Toya Bush-Harris.
