Quadricep stretch

The quadricep stretch is a lifesaver after a couple rounds of squats and lunges. To do this stretch, stand straight and bring foot to buttocks grabbing ankle or tip of foot. Pull the ankle or foot as close to the buttocks as you can. Hold on to a chair or wall for balance. Hold this stretch for 10 to 20 counts and then lower and switch sides.
