Cardio Blast

  1. Warm up for 10-12 minutes, finishing the warm-up at 75 percent of your maximum heart rate.
  2. Choose any type of cardio. Do it at your maximum effort for 30 seconds.
  3. Slow your pace and recover for two minutes.
  4. Do this up to four times.
  5. Cool down for 10 minutes.
