Kettlebell Single hand Bent-over Row
How to do: Stand with feet, hip-width apart, holding the kettlebell in left hand. Bend knees and back at your hips. Keep back completely straight. Row the kettlebell up to shoulder height by bending left elbow straight up to the ceiling. Keep the weight close to your side and core tight during entire set. Do 10 reps per side.
