Fidel Urbina

Urbina was arrested in 1998 for raping and beating a woman in Chicago. While out on bond, he raped and murdered another woman. Authorities believe he left the U.S. for Durango, Mexico. The FBI is offering a $100,000 reward for information about his whereabouts.
