One thing people like about you is that you’re open about your sexuality. Why do you think you’re that way?
I’m open because I don’t really have to hide anything. There’s nothing for me to hide. I’m very spiritual, I’m very open-minded, very understanding. And whatever God throws at me, I succeed at it. You can’t really hide from the public eye, if you’re on Twitter you’re there, if you’re on Instagram you’re there. You gotta accept the lifestyle that you’re in.
How does it feel when you get on Twitter and Instagram and see that people are taunting you?
I get a lot of slander on Twitter and Instagram, I try not to let it bother me, but when you’re in the public eye and you’re out there, there’s only so much you can take of the media. You can’t run from it. I have friends and family to talk to and they’re a great support system.
How do you plan to continue your time in the spotlight? You’re so young, you could have a potentially long career in the business.
I’ve realized that. To be honest after being in the limelight and seeing what it is, I wouldn’t be mad if it continues or if it discontinues.
So you wouldn’t mind just being Kaylin Garcia in New Jersey teaching fitness?
I wouldn’t mind being a regular person because I have a nice following to where people are going to see it. So if I come out with a clothing line or a bathing suit line it’s going to keep me known either way. I’m not too big on trying to keep the [lime]light on me.
