The combination of honey and almonds is good for those with combination skin. The perfect balance of the Vitamin E from the almonds and the anti-bacterial from the honey helps cleanse and keep skin healthy looking.

Almond and honey mask


What you need:

  • 1 large tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp ground almonds
  •  warm water to mix the honey and almonds to a spreadable paste

Making the mask:
1. Warm the honey until it becomes liquid.
2. Add in ground almonds and mix well, adding the warm water until a spreadable consistency is reached.
3. Apply the mask into cleansed face.
4. Rest for 15 minutes.
5. Wash off the mask with warm water, followed by your usual toning and moisturizing routine.
