Actor, singer, songwriter and guitarist, Drake Bell put his Los Angeles area home on the market again today. Bell first listed it on the open market with an asking price of $1.35 million. The home went on and off the escrow within a matter of two days. He then listed it again for $1.6 million. Failing to sell, the home was again de-listed and re-listed two days later for the aforementioned asking price.
The single family Spanish-style residence is a 3,400 square-feet home with four bedrooms, three full and one half bathrooms. The three story home has dark, hardwood floors, large glass windows and wooden doors. It was built in 1929 and purchased by Bell in 2007 as his first home.
