Chronic Fatigue

Whether you’re working out or working in an office setting, your body needs water to function and keep cool. Most times if you feel thirsty, you’re already somewhat dehydrated. If you are physically active, it is recommended that you have at least two cups of water an hour or more before a planned physical activity. Also, water should be sipped throughout your workout and afterwards drink another two cups.
If you aren’t the active type, the body needs at least eight cups or 64 ounces of water daily. Remember, the average amount of water in a human body is 65 percent.
