Reduce hangover recovery time

Hunger

Thirst occurs when your body needs water. When you do not drink enough water, your body may receive mixed signals on hunger. Most times, dehydration can trick the body into thinking its hungry when all it really wants is water.  Trainer Chris Powell’s suggestion: ” If you want to hydrate yourself quickly, drink your water cold. But if you want to fill up and suppress your appetite, choose warm because it stays in your system longer and expands the stomach, sending a signal to your brain that you’re full.”
