This one hurts to admit. But yes, this early 90s cops vs. dealers melodrama from director Mario Van Peebles is unoriginal, cheesy and predictable. The film is mostly saved by a charismatic, star-making performance from Wesley Snipes as Harlem crack kingpin Nino Brown.
