Being patient is probably one of the hardest things about losing weight. Losing weight takes time and that time varies from person to person. Also everyone looses differently. While some may drop pounds, others my drop inches without the number on the scale changing. This can be due to msucle weight. Try not to watch the scale too much and just stick with your routine. Patience, patience and more patience is needed during the journey to weightloss
