You have to over-deliver.
“When you get the opportunity, you have to over-deliver,” he said. “I got new contracts with Disney World, Shell, Allstate, on and on and on — huge contracts. And when I got each opportunity, I had to over-deliver. The only reason why I got Disney World (in Orlando, Fla.) — I already had Disneyland (in Anaheim, Calif.) — is because I over delivered. If you want those contracts for $30 and $40 million, you have to over-deliver. And with that you get retention, retention, retention.”
