Kenneth Edward Bailey, better known as Young Scooter is locked up for violating his probation. He was pulled over Monday, April 8th for driving with a suspended license. Even though Young Scooter is locked up, he still manages to reach out to his fans by writing a letter of apology and is able to record a song over the phone.
