Cereal and Milk
You can make this one as healthy or unhealthy as you like. Choose a high-fiber, whole-grain cereal if you’re going the healthy route and sweeten with a bit of honey or cinnamon. If you feel like  the not so healthy route, there’s always a large variety, just remember everything in moderation.

Yogurt Parfait
Top one cup Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla, with your favorite toppings. Crumbled graham crackers or granola, nuts, and fruit are all healthy choices. If you must have chocolate, use dark chocolate!


Pudding
Combine your favorite flavor with skim milk. Enjoy ½ cup guilt free. Top with some fresh berries for added fiber.
