Intensify workouts
Doing the same exercise every workout over a month’s time will not get you the same results if the workout had been more intense. Intensifying your workout does not mean going from an incline of “0” to “10” during your first week of working out. However, gradual changes to your workouts will burn more calories and fat. Every workout should be working a different body part and after about two weeks increase the incline or amount of weight or sets you were previously doing. Adding a new activity will also intensify your workout so grab a friend and go for a swim or rock climbing every now and again to mix it up.
