On June 8th, Ciara, who was performing during a L.A. Pride, was served with court documents by what seemed to be a fan reaching for her hand. The woman is seen handing Ciara documents which Ciara quickly drops.
The lawsuit stems from a a contract gone bad between Ciara and a Los Angeles night club, Factory. Ciara was unable to perform because of her obligations at L.A. Pride but claims to have given club owners notice she would not be able to perform.
The Factory owners didn’t take no for an answer and decided to serve Ciara during her concert performance.
