Fonzworth Bentley hosted the L.A. Urban League Young Professionals’ second annual L.A. in a Day Fashion Show, held at the posh TENTEN Wilshire rooftop lounge in downtown L.A. Also in attendance was Tyler Lepley, who plays Benny on Tyler Perry’s new OWN series “The Haves and the Have Nots.”
Bentley, who hosted the show, arrived with his very pregnant wife, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button actress Faune A. Chambers.
L.A. in a Day featured summer collections from the city’s hottest burgeoning African-American designers like Candy Coated Swimwear, Nikki Kouture and Michael Ferrera menswear.
A portion of the fashion show’s proceeds will go to the REMIX program, the LAULYP’s mentoring program for high school-aged youth in the L.A. foster care system.
