For its third year, L.E.S*  Film Festival 2013 aims to be a pervasive presence in the Lower East Side.  LES will bring awesome low budget films and innovative art to the community.  Groundbreaking music, visual art, installations, and film, LES will be 12 days of artistic possibility and triumph.
