Kris Stephens has leaped onto everyone’s A- list as the newest R&B crooner to join T.I’s Grand Hustle record label. The 25-year-old singer who dropped out of Tompkins University to pursue her dream is now doing just that. “I was in business school and that didn’t work out, so I became certified to be a trainer in 2006; after that I decided to drop everything and chase my dreams.”
Since appearing in Tanks music video “compliments” Kris has received the same compliments from female and male fans alike. “I’ve been an athlete all of my life” says Kris, I try to run two to three miles and I do leg workouts with heavy weights every day. I’m naturally muscular up top so I try not to do too much because I don’t want to get a masculine physique. I also eat very healthy. Because I am a vegan, I rely on juicing for a lot of my nutritional supplement. I have to work hard at staying in shape so I appreciate all of the love that I have been receiving from the fans.”
Although you may not be as fit as Kris here are few of her diet rituals and workout guidelines that keep her tight and toned for bikini season.
