Former NBA star Allen Iverson has made off with his own children and refuses to return the brood, according to a complaint filed by his wife Tawanna Iverson.

Tawanna is requesting that the courts order her former NBA star to give them back — and to even throw him in jail.

Tawanna Iverson just filed legal documents, saying that recently asked for permission to take their five kids on a short vacation to Charlotte, N.C. from May 22nd until May 26th, who which the wife agreed. But when Allen Iverson did not show up at the agreed-upon meeting place to make the switch, she contacted legal authorities, tmz.com reported.

The Iverson children range in age from 3 to 16 years old.

In the docs, Tawanna says she tried again to set up an exchange on June 4th at a neutral location — a nearby Target store — but A.I. never showed up.

Tawanna Allen was awarded sole legal custody of the children. She believes Iverson is currently keeping them at a Sheraton hotel in metro Atlanta, Allen Iverson adopted hometown.

Tawanna Allen also conveyed her concern over the children’s well-being because of the father’s rampant and incontrollable alcoholism. She now wants the court to force him to return the kids and punish the father by throwing Allen Iverson in jail for violating the agreement.

This marks the second time that Tawanna Allen asked the courts to send Allen Iverson to jail. The first time was when he fell behind in child support payments of upwards of $40,000.
