No. 16 The Show, The Afterparty, The Hotel by Jodeci (1995)
The third and final official studio album from the 90s bad boys of R&B is their best. They’d had numerous hit singles and some fairly good LPs before, but this set was their most fully-realized. With Devante Swing at the helm, smokey bedroom tracks and uptempo songs get equal attention and are all top-notch here.
