Scrappy goes to jail
As Scrappy and family celebrate Emoni’s birthday; Scrappy must turn himself in to serve jail time. Erica tells Scrappy that he needs to straighten up for the sake of his daughter and tell her he’s going to jail. Scrappy tells Emoni not to visit him in jail because it will break his heart. Emoni tells him that she doesn’t want to go and Scrappy is clearly heartbroken. He tells his daughter that he will come back to her. Later, Scrappy finally has to report for jail and Momma Dee is visibly upset as they walk Scrappy into the courthouse she cries as Scrappy is taken into custody.
