He was the object of fascination for surviving nine gunshot wounds from his gritty urban upbringing, plus a couple of singles, “In Da Club” and “21 Questions,” rocked the charts. And, on top of that, he proved to be a very astute businessman.
But there’s only so many beefs that you can manufacture and be involved in before the public begins to roll its eyes. It seems like a lifetime since he’s had a hit album or song or movie and then he got arrested for kicking his babys mama. Not a good look.
