Eight-month-old Xiao Bao required more than 100 stitches after his mother stabbed him in the face with scissors. The incident happened in Xuzhou, eastern China’s Jiangsu Province. He was discovered lying in the yard in a pool of blood by his uncle who lives with his brother, the Xiao and the infant’s mother. The family makes their living recycling trash.
