Nas and Jay-Z
When Jay-Z and Nas battled for the crown in 2001, we waited to see who would come out the victor. Though each rapper traded some of hip-hop’s most lethal disses on wax (“Takeover” and “Ether”), the two eventually came to a stalemate and ended up sharing the crown, at least for a while. Now, the two are practically best buds.
