“White people do not force black people to have babies out of wedlock. That’s a personal decision.”
Again, O’Reilly makes this a racial issue. According to the CDC, 627,541 white kids were born out of wedlock in 2010. In turn, 427,687 black kids were born out of wedlock. The percentages are higher among black women, but babies born out of wedlock is a generational issue. Because women of this generation are more likely to attend college and have a career, they are delaying marriage. However, some women are still choosing to have kids even if they aren’t in a committed relationship.
