Share a little background about AIO.
AIO started in Texas, and then [expanded to] Florida. We’re opening about 10 stores here in Atlanta and a little more than double that by the end of the month.
Atlanta is actually the home base for AIO wireless. How does it feel to be launching here?
We’ve been working on this for about a year and it feels great to walk out your door and see the fruits of your labor.
What separates AIO wireless from other prepaid carriers?
We’ve heard from consumers of other prepaid services and they have expressed that with the traditional carriers they feel like they’re giving up something. With AIO wireless we say, “why give up anything?” And we provide our customers with a first-class experience.
As director of marketing, what is your role?
Offers and promotions, product placement, customer retention and loyalty. We’ve got a great team and we’re doing great work,
What devices are being offered by AIO wireless?
We’ve curated devices so they make sense for customers. We found four partners we felt line up with our customers … so you’ll see Apple, Nokia, Samsung and [our] proud partner, ZTE. We have everything from basic phones to smartphones to tablets. We’re excited about our product portfolio.

One of the things that’s important to us as a brand is to be active in the community. Not just take up space We want to be a part of the community. We get input from local influencers and partners and they recommend community organizations that are doing great work in the community. For every hashtag we receive, we will donate $1 to these organizations.
