Keke is living a nightmare. The Detroit woman wanted to flaunt a ‘big ole’ butt so she paid $1,000 for silicone injections to be administered by an unnamed doctor. Immediately after, she became very ill and has since been diagnosed with septic shock. She later found out from doctors that she was injected with industrial grade silicone, like what’s sold at do-it-yourself retailers like Home Depot. “I started lumping up really bad. It’s called granulomas, which is silicone coagulating and getting stiff and hard in the body,” KeKe explains.
“Having a larger backside is such a phenomenon here. It was easy to get it done,” she says during an interview with Detroit’s 7 Action News.
KeKe’s ordeal is a cautionary tale and she hopes to get the word out, “I want all women and men who have this procedure to know it’s poison. It’s not real medical grade silicone and we’re dying. “
