Her snarky humor is perfect for the MTV crowd, and rappers love her (whaddup, 50 Cent?) so it made all of the sense in the world to have the host of “Chelsea Lately” take on the VMAs. It wasn’t as memorable as everyone would’ve hoped, however–except for one awkward hot tub stunt with the cast of “Jersey Shore.”
