According to Realtor, Bad Boy Diddy has put his $10.9 Beverly Hills million-mega mansion up for sale. The property is located inside an affluent and gated community called the Summit.
It comes complete with a two-story foyer that showcases a detailed spiral staircase and a massive chandelier. The lower level of the mansion offers a chef’s kitchen, a state-of-the-art media room and a family room with a sports bar. Upstairs, a palatial master suite, one of seven bedrooms and seven-and-a-half baths, comes with dual baths and custom stone appointments. Each room in the house boasts Creston home automation with temperature, lighting and audio iPad control.
Outside, the robust, 30,000-square-foot lot includes highlights like a large cobblestone motor court with a fountain, a pool and spa with “special effects” and numerous patios and fire pits.”
This is one of many homes Diddy has listed within the last year alone. In 2012, Diddy made headlines when he listed a pair of penthouses in NYC, one for $8.5 million and the other $20 million.
