Chris Brown’s graffiti murals force neighbors to complain

Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos, said that’s not going to happen. “I’m scared of neighborhood busybodies like this,”  he said, promising a legal fight — despite the fact that most murals on private property are illegal. “They are trying to suspend the First Amendment.”
