Four years after the death of Michael Jackson, a woman who is claiming that Michael Jackson used her eggs with a surrogate filed a petition to gain legal custody of Michael’s three kids. Christine Leroux filed the paperwork with the state of California on September 4 with claims her relationship began with Jackson as children in elementary school and continued into adulthood. She also claims that they had an intimate relationship until her family spoke out against it, which forced her to allow her eggs to be carried by a surrogate of his choice. She feels that since she is the children’s biological parent she should be granted custody.

The petition comes after years of instability with the kids being passed around Michael’s family. They have lived with their aunt Rebbie, grandmother Katherine and cousin T.J. Jackson, son of Tito Jackson. Paris Jackson has taken her father’s death the hardest and even attempted suicide earlier this year due to depression.

Leroux’s lawyer said she is willing to take both a DNA and lie-detector testing to prove her claims.
