A University of Missouri graduate, Marina Shifrin made a You Tube dance video announcing to her boss that she was quitting her job. After two years of  being unappreciated for all of her hard work, dedication and sacrifices, Shifrin was offered another employment opportunity.

During a taped appearance on the newest daytime TV talk show, The Queen Latifah Show,  the Chicago native was offered a position by Queen Latifah herself. The new position is a digital content producer position on the talk show’s website.

Shifrin’s video was made with Kanye West’s “Gone” playing in a one minute, 45 second production, with Shifrin dancing around the office as the words to her boss displays on the screen.
