Rolling out hosted it’s annual Female Success Factor seminar themed “Linking to Success” on Saturday, Oct. 12, 2013 at Atlanta History Center in the posh Buckhead community. Moderated by our very own Christina Steed, VP of Flowers Communications Group, the more than 300 attendees were bestowed healthy nuggets of wisdom for their professional and personal lives including being reminded “the fortune is in the follow up,” as reminded by Melanie Hernquist, Stella & Dot star stylist.
R&B Diva Angie Stone, entrepreneur and reality star Cynthia Bailey, Walmart’s Sharonda Britton, and Hernquist shared their personal testimonies including divulging trials and triumphs.
Additionally, attendees were treated to pampering sessions with Salon a la Saison, who were providing complimentary lash extensions, fashion styling tips from Stella & Dot and Mary Kay’s Lori Harrison was offering makeup consultations.
What girl doesn’t like to shop? It wouldn’t have been a true girly-girl experience for fashionable professional women without an opportunity to shop. Groovy Chiks Boutique’s pop-up shop joined the fun offering the trendiest finds in clothes and jewelry.
Surprise guests included “Real Housewives of Atlanta’s” Peter Thomas and Upscale magazine publisher Bernard Bronner.
