‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta’ season 6 premiere
During the season premiere of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” viewers watched the six stars embark on new beginnings. A teary Porsha Stewart detailed her divorce proceedings with Kordell Stewart, while Phaedra Parks welcomed her new baby and moved into a swanky new home. Cynthia Bailey opened a new business while Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker began buckling down on their wedding plans.
Arguably the highlight of the show, however, was the obvious tension between NeNe Leakes and Kenya Moore. Moore, who is currently going through an eviction on the program, scolded Leakes for not consoling her through the debacle. According to Leakes, however, she was the one who needed comforting after planning a million-dollar wedding that Moore declined to attend.
During the program Leakes chatted with fans about their disagreement via Twitter and not so subtly dissed Moore for tugging at her ear “to make sure she was listening” during their argument. She later added that she’s considering pressing charges against the beauty queen.
