ATCQ released the third in the trifecta of early 1990s masterpieces at the height of West Coast G-Funk domination. But the jazzy, smoothed-out productions and quirky rhymes were always beloved by hip-hop heads, and with infectious singles like “Award Tour” and “Electric Relaxation,” the mainstream finally recognized the genius of Q-Tip, Phife and Ali Shaheed Muhammed.
