Samantha Scarlino, 32, was detained in a Milan hotel after being accused of delivering cash from Italy to drug cartel bosses in Peru. She was busted red handed trying to make the international drug exchange of 1,100 pounds of cocaine. A finalist in the 1999 Miss Italia beauty pageant, she was arrested with 22 others.
