Cynthia Meets Her Daughter’s Boyfriend
Cynthia is still overwhelmed by the news that her daughter, Noelle, has a boyfriend. But she takes the proactive route and invites the boy, Arthur and his mother over for dinner so their two families can get to know each other. Although Peter seems to be the more carefree parent about the situation, he makes it clear to Arthur that he’s no father to mess with as he demands Arthur call him Mr. Thomas and grills him a bit with some questions. Noelle is mortified as the conversation continues and Cynthia eventually lets the two kids have some alone time. Cynthia and Arthur’s mom agree that they need to supervise Noelle and Arthur’s dates and Cynthia is happy that Noelle found a boy like Arthur.
