Reality TV producers have been known to cast some pretty wicked women in hopes of racking up record breaking ratings. While the word mother brings comfort and warmth to many, the following TV moms reign more so with terror and loveless advice than delight and a loving but firm word.
This Sunday’s episode of “RHOA” is going to show a totally different side of Mama Joyce. With a new found desire to rebuild her relationship with her son Todd, Joyce focuses all of her energy on family, including Kandi’s upcoming nuptials. When Kandi begins planning her fairy tale wedding, she is reminded of the rumors that Todd may be having an affair with her best friend, Carmon. All hell breaks loose as Kandi and her family shop for her dream wedding dress.
While we’re down for a little good advice periodically from our mothers (after all, Kandi is planning to walk down the aisle again), we have to ask, is Mama Joyce’s approach bad parenting or good for ratings?
