The world of sports has historically been the most homophobic of all. But this past year, several athletes striaght athletes, like Brendon Ayanbadejo and Chris Kluwe, spoke out against homophobia. Several LGBT athletes, like Jason Collins, Brittney Griner, Darren Young, Robbie Rogers and Fallon Fox, broke down the first of many barriers by coming out of the closet and making national headlines with their stories.
