Happy 43rd birthday, Dallas Austin!
Dallas is a songwriter, producer, musician known for his collaborations with Gwen Stefani, Pink, Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson, and many others. He started out as a member of Highland Place Mobsters, a rap group signed to LaFace records during the 1990s; however, he left the group to begin his career as a producer.
Austin was featured heavily on the first season of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta“ when he helped reality star Kim Zolciak-Bierman record “Tardy for the Party,” her 2009 single. He was once in a relationship with Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas of TLC; they share a son, Tron Austin.
