Donatella Versace chose Lady Gaga to be a new face presenting this timeless fashion empire for spring/summer 2014.
The Italian brand’s Spring/Summer campaign kicked off in November and Versace shared a glamorous photo of the Gaga in a curve-hugging purple dress that showed off all of her curves and plenty of skin. She wore the same look the 2013 American Movie Awards, the day after the fashion brand released the photos.
After weeks of speculation, Donatella confirmed via Twitter about Gaga’s new role with Versace. “I am honoured that my friend Lady Gaga is the face of our new Versace campaign. I wanted to capture her true beauty and spirit in images that are elegant and alluring. She is like family to me, the embodiment of the Versace DNA.”
The photos are very stunning and classy as they represent the Versace name very well.
