Happy 69th birthday Bob Marley! In remembrance to Nesta Robert Marley, the Ambassador of the Third World for his music and selling over 75 million reggae albums worldwide. Although of mixed race, he identified as black and became a big supporter of the Back to Africa movement and the Rastafari movement. His hits, “No Woman, No Cry,” “Could You Be Loved,” “Get Up Stand Up” and “Redemption Song,” preceded his tragic death, after which he was buried with a soccer ball, a Gibson guitar, a Bible, and a bud of marijuana. He married Rita Marley on Feb. 10, 1966, and they had five children together. Usain Bolt shares the same home country as Bob Marley, and became a world-renowned sprinter.
